Coding is for everyone.

Everyone could learn how to code, and everyone should! Coding teaches people how to think and solve real-life problems.

Why Coding?

Every 21st-century student should have the opportunity to take part in creating technology that’s changing our world. The basics help nurture creativity and problem-solving skills, and prepare students for any future career. But most schools still don’t teach computer science.

Hour Of Code™

A one-hour activity. Students of all ages can choose from a variety of self-guided tutorials, for kindergarten and up. Tutorials work on any modern browser, tablet, smartphone, or even with no computer at all.

Beyond 1 Hour

There are plenty of resources for you to go beyond just the hour to learn more about computer science. You can learn basic programming concepts, explore different languages and build your own apps or games!

Learning Scratch

Scratch is probably the most popular platform to learn computer coding, without the need of actually writing a line of code! Check out our FREE resources to start your journey.
